You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Initial Assessment: $315 (approximately 1.5 hours)
Subsequent Sessions: $175 (approximately 50 minutes)

It is still possible that a portion of the cost for counseling can be covered by your insurance carrier. Many insurances offer “out-of-network” benefits to their members. We are happy to assist you in obtaining information about whether or not you have out-of-network benefits. You can also call the member/customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
Whether we are out-of-network or in-network with your plan, if we are submitting claims on your behalf please be aware that your insurance provider can request documentation to prove medical necessity from the therapist at any time. All clients are required to complete a payment authorization form and have a credit card on file in our confidential, HIPPA compliant electronic health record. Cards will be charged at the time of the session. Payments can be made via HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards.
We understand that life happens and sometimes you won’t be able to keep your appointment. We ask that you provide at least a 48 hour notice or you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the session.
