Fees For Counseling
Initial Assessment: $190
Subsequent Sessions: $165
*All sessions are approximately 50 minutes.
Fees For SPACE Parent Coaching
$165 per session
*All sessions are approximately 50 minutes.
Limited Insurance Accepted
Evercare Counseling accepts the following insurance plans:
- Optum/United Health (for Virginia residents only)
- We are out-of-network with all North Carolina insurance plans.
- We are out-of-network with all Florida insurance plans.
It is still possible that a portion of the cost for counseling can be covered by your insurance carrier. Many insurances offer “out-of-network” benefits to their members. We are happy to assist you in obtaining information about whether or not you have out-of-network benefits. You can also call the member/customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
Whether we are out-of-network or in-network with your plan, if we are submitting claims on your behalf please be aware that your insurance provider can request documentation to prove medical necessity from the therapist at any time. Payments Accepted
All clients are required to complete a payment authorization form and have a credit card on file in our confidential, HIPPA compliant electronic health record. Cards will be charged at the time of the session. Payments can be made via HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that life happens and sometimes you won’t be able to keep your appointment. We ask that you provide at least a 48 hour notice or you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the session.
