There is no lack of resources for anxiety and OCD. It seems like everyday there are more information, tools, and resources being added to our options. With so many options, it can hard to know where to start. Below is a short list of resources that can be helpful to get you unstuck and help you move forward on your path to feeling better. You don’t have to access ALL the resources at once. Start small and just pick one book or one podcast. Little by little the time you put into understanding your anxiety or OCD will add up and empower you to live and think differently.
